The H1 Plus is the flat walking pad in the range with incline added. Nine auto incline levels raise the deck without the user bending down, which turns a slow desk walk into real work for the calves and glutes at the same speed. It is 6.1 inches tall with no handrail, so it slides under a standing desk and stays there.

The motor is a 2.0 peak HP brushless unit and the deck is cushioned with EVA and PET. The LED screen shows speed, time, distance and calories, and both speed and incline are set from the remote or the app; per WalkingPad the app logs walks and adjusts speed through training programs. It arrives fully assembled.
