The RIDER003 combines a squat motion with a rowing pull on one compact frame, so legs, core, back and arms are worked in a single movement. Resistance comes from bands rather than weights, which keeps the machine light and quiet, and three bands of different tension are included so the load can be raised as the training progresses.

The handle position and the seat cushion both adjust to suit different builds. An LCD monitor on the frame tracks the session. When the workout is over the machine folds upright into a narrow column that stands against a wall, and the carbon steel frame is rated to 400 lb. Assembly is required and the tools come in the box.
