The WalkingPad RM1 is a magnetic rower with 32 resistance levels, which the manufacturer describes as covering everything from a light warm-up to a strength and endurance session. Resistance is electromagnetic, so there is no tank to fill and no friction pad to wear.

The rails are dual-track aluminium and the frame is rated for a 265 lb user. Instead of a conventional screen, a colour-changing LED ring responds to rowing intensity, and the machine connects to Kinomap or the HitGo app for guided workouts. The rail folds vertically to save floor space, and built-in wheels move it easily. Some assembly is required; instructions are included.
