The WalkingPad WR3L is a water rower with a tri-fold frame. Per WalkingPad, it folds and unfolds with one hand and stores in about 0.2 square metres, which is the smallest folded footprint of the water rowers in the range. With an optional tabletop it becomes a coffee table 34.5 cm high.

Resistance comes from a two-blade paddle turning in a 14 litre tank, adjustable across five water levels to a maximum of 88.2 lb. The frame carries the highest user weight rating of the rowers at 400 lb. The seat is cushioned, the handle is curved and the footrests sit at 45 degrees. An LCD tracks eight metrics, and the machine works with Kinomap, KS Fit and Apple Watch.
