The Proactive Protekt Akra-SE™ Semi-Electric Homecare Bed is a modern homecare bed designed to look at home in a bedroom rather than a clinic. It has a black textured wood-vein finish with grey head and foot board accents.

The heavy-duty reinforced steel frame provides stability and durability. The head and foot sections are electrically adjustable from a simple hand pendant for personalized comfort and support, while bed height is adjusted with a manual crank at the foot of the bed. If the power goes out, a 9V battery backup (not included) lets you lower the bed to its lowest position. The snap-on DC motor box makes setup and routine maintenance quick.
