The Lumex Patriot Full-Electric Homecare Bed (US0458 & US0468 series) is a high-performance, MADE-IN-THE-USA full-electric homecare bed designed for effortless patient positioning and caregiver convenience in home care, long-term care, and rehabilitation settings. Featuring a strong welded steel frame with a grid deck sleep surface for better mattress support (no sag or bottoming out with heavier patients), it offers independent electric adjustment of head, foot, and bed height (Hi-Lo) via a single integrated pendant control. During power outages, the head and foot sections lower using a single standard 9-volt battery. The bed assembles easily with just five components, has no external pinch points, and includes slots for proper rail placement with locking pins and lanyards to prevent loss. Optional 4-inch extension kits extend the bed length to 84" or 88". Available with fiberboard walnut or high-impact plastic bed-ends, and in multiple configurations with or without reversible foam mattress and full/half chrome rails.
